Even before the official recognition, we provide immediate support to each impacted family.
An immediate 4,000 NIS grant is transferred to eligible beneficiaries within 72 hours of the event.
Long-term support – we provide victims with in-depth, long-term rehabilitation aid.
One-time grant (up to 25,000 NIS) is available to eligible beneficiaries for three years from the date of recognition.
Supporting future generations – events, respite days, camps and support for children and teens.
Activity days and camps for children of terror-impacted families aged 6-12.
Building community resilience –
we are also there for the communities, offering group therapy programs to impacted populations.

The Fund provides supplementary rehabilitation aid of up to NIS 25,000 per household. The aid is provided subject to submission of price offers for future required services or invoices (up to three months in retrospect) for services that were already purchased. Each claim is reviewed by the Fund’s professional committee, which then send its decisions to applicants.

The Fund provides rehabilitation aid which is complementary to the assistance provided by state authorities. The aid can be utilized subject to submission of price offers or invoices in specific areas of assistance, as detailed in the claim form.
Anyone recognized by the National Insurance Institute as having a minimum of 20% disability as a result of hostile action (even if temporary) in the last three years will be eligible for assistance from the Fund.
Every year, the Fund operates 21 camp days for children aged 6-12 who are hostile action casualties from the southern region. Children who were recognized by the Fund (or any of their immediate family members) can participate in camps.
When opening the claim in the system, make sure to include the children’s details (including dates of birth), and we will contact you to invite them to camps.
Children who live in other regions will be invited to participate in annual activity days.
The Fund assists casualties recognized by the National Insurance Institute. Eligibility is valid up to three years from the date of recognition.
The Fund provides rehabilitation assistance that is complementary to the assistance provided by state institutions. First, check your eligibility vis-à-vis the National Insurance Institute’s rehabilitation workers. In case you are not entitled to get assistance from state authorities, you can get it from the Fund.
