Do you fit any of the following criteria?

Bereaved parents
Widow/er
Legal guardian of orphaned minors
Parents of a civilian hostage
Spouse of a civilian hostage
Released civilian hostage
Sibling or child of a civilian hostage (age 18-40)
Orphan from both parents (age 18-40)
Survivor of an October 7 music festival and participating in a recognized rehabilitation program
Individuals with physical or mental injuries recognized as having 20% disability or more
