The rehabilitation grant complements the aid provided to civilian victims of terror by state institutions. The grant is provided in coordination with the family’s rehabilitation workers at the National Insurance Institute and is subject to recognition and a determination of at least 20% disability due to hostile action.
Grant Details:
This is a one-time grant of up to NIS 25,000 per household.
It can be utilized for rehabilitative needs against price quotes or invoices (retroactive up to six months). The funds remain available to beneficiaries for three years from the date of recognition or until the disability status expires.

The Supplementary Rehabilitation Grant is available to affected civilians in the following cases:
